Fabulous is just one word that comes to mind. So beautifully designed this has to be the coolest place in town. And the kitchen is the best equipped of any place we have stayed. We loved it the beds are so comfortable the place is spotless and did I say cool? Kim should get some type of award on the design and details that went into making Havana Hideaway. We’re so lucky to have stayed there. Maybe you will be as well !

We were a family of 5. We enjoyed the property, swam in the pool and sipped coffee on the patio. The home had plenty of space for all of us. It was a comfortable stay and Kim was proactive in all her communication. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a fabulous family get away (4 adults/4kids) Kim was amazing from when I first had questions prior to booking to when we left she is very responsive within minutes. For me it’s the small things she has added that no other has. From soaps and lotions to little if you forgot something (it’s provided). Plenty of comfort for sleeping or napping and multiple charging stations even a white noise gadget. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Beautifully decorated home with a kitchen that is stocked to the nines! We had so much fun with games and air hockey! Location was superb close to Lake Sumter landing. We Will definitely book here again! Kim is a super host!

By far the most well stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed in!
Location was prime to everything, the hosts were very gracious and communicative as well.
Adults and kids will have a blast in this house with so many games, activities and fabulous pool and hot tub area.
Seriously could not ask for more in a great vacation rental!!

I can't say enough about how awesome this house is! It felt like home away from home ~ well stocked with essentials in kitchen and bathrooms, extremely clean, comfy furniture and beds, awesome outdoor space and pool, and great location! The pool table and game room was super fun as well!
Kim was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly!
We will definitely stay here on future visits!

Kim has a top-notch place here that is very welcoming. The house is wonderful and this is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay here with Kim. The house may not be close to a beach but it is close enough to Daytona, Orlando, and to the Gulf Coast that there are a lot of different things you can do within an hour that are great. this place really gets you out of the hustle and bustle of the beach crowds. it is wonderfully laid back and quiet.

Our stay at TikiTiki in the villages was great. The house was exactly as described, super clean with a nicely stocked kitchen. The living area and gaming room had something for everyone as did the pool and grill outside. There were lots of restaurants, boutiques and grocery stores within a couple miles of the home.
Kim and Dave were quick to respond by phone or text with any questions I had and very pleasant to deal with.

My husband & I stayed May 14-20, 2025. House is great. The most important thing for me in rentals is cleanliness and Kim’s place was just that. Loved the pool area. Very expansive and private. We spent a lot of time there. Nice master bedroom suite. Plenty of quality towels including pool towels. Kim was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this villa.

My group of 6 former roommates, all 60+, along with a 87 year old mother of one of the ladies, loved our stay! Was a group trip to celebrate my 60th, and to take the 87 yo dancing! We had a fabulous time! Kitchen had everything, house had everything, and we spent many hours sitting by the pool catching up and visited most of the village squares and got lots of dancing in. I highly recommend this place!!
