Pool is heated Nov through May. We charge $35 per day to heat May through October. It stays warm though! Typically you won’t need it heated.

This was a fabulous family get away (4 adults/4kids) Kim was amazing from when I first had questions prior to booking to when we left she is very responsive within minutes. For me it’s the small things she has added that no other has. From soaps and lotions to little if you forgot something (it’s provided). Plenty of comfort for sleeping or napping and multiple charging stations even a white noise gadget. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Beautifully decorated home with a kitchen that is stocked to the nines! We had so much fun with games and air hockey! Location was superb close to Lake Sumter landing. We Will definitely book here again! Kim is a super host!

By far the most well stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed in!
Location was prime to everything, the hosts were very gracious and communicative as well.
Adults and kids will have a blast in this house with so many games, activities and fabulous pool and hot tub area.
Seriously could not ask for more in a great vacation rental!!

I can't say enough about how awesome this house is! It felt like home away from home ~ well stocked with essentials in kitchen and bathrooms, extremely clean, comfy furniture and beds, awesome outdoor space and pool, and great location! The pool table and game room was super fun as well!
Kim was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly!
We will definitely stay here on future visits!

Our stay at TikiTiki in the villages was great. The house was exactly as described, super clean with a nicely stocked kitchen. The living area and gaming room had something for everyone as did the pool and grill outside. There were lots of restaurants, boutiques and grocery stores within a couple miles of the home.
Kim and Dave were quick to respond by phone or text with any questions I had and very pleasant to deal with.
We recommend TikiTiki for your Florida vacation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kim’s home is the perfect place to get a feel for life in The Villages. An easy golf cart ride to three town centers, it is perfectly located. Her home is comfortable and clean. You could Not ask for more.

We visited our parents who live in The Villages for a few days, there were several of us, so we decided to rent a home nearby, so we didn’t overcrowd our parents home. The house was exactly as described, everything was perfect-the special touches throughout the house, the patio, the bar area, the grill, the pool, the spa, the loungers and the best price on golf cart rental in the area. I can’t say enough about this welcoming home, it was perfect. Everything was so clean and plush! We didn’t need a thing while we were there except food and clothes.
We will definitely be back! We have already told friends and family about The Tiki House, they are looking forward to renting from Kim when they visit The Villages too.

Probably one of the best vacations we have had as a family! The house was so much fun, the games, pool, hot tub, etc. were amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better location too! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
