We were a family of 5. We enjoyed the property, swam in the pool and sipped coffee on the patio. The home had plenty of space for all of us. It was a comfortable stay and Kim was proactive in all her communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Kim has a top-notch place here that is very welcoming. The house is wonderful and this is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay here with Kim. The house may not be close to a beach but it is close enough to Daytona, Orlando, and to the Gulf Coast that there are a lot of different things you can do within an hour that are great. this place really gets you out of the hustle and bustle of the beach crowds. it is wonderfully laid back and quiet.

My husband & I stayed May 14-20, 2025. House is great. The most important thing for me in rentals is cleanliness and Kim’s place was just that. Loved the pool area. Very expansive and private. We spent a lot of time there. Nice master bedroom suite. Plenty of quality towels including pool towels. Kim was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this villa.

My group of 6 former roommates, all 60+, along with a 87 year old mother of one of the ladies, loved our stay! Was a group trip to celebrate my 60th, and to take the 87 yo dancing! We had a fabulous time! Kitchen had everything, house had everything, and we spent many hours sitting by the pool catching up and visited most of the village squares and got lots of dancing in. I highly recommend this place!!

This is a very comfortable property. Good location to several town centers and the neighborhood recreation center.
The owners were very responsive, always within minutes of my inquiry.
A very nice outside area and a heated pool that was used every day.
I would be happy to stay there again.

We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay at Kim and Dave’s home! We came into town for a family party and needed something close by to our other family!
The house was absolutely beautiful! The pool was amazing and everything was SO CLEAN!! We needed an accessible place for our mom and this was nothing short of that!
We absolutely will be staying here again in the future!

House was spacious and perfect for our family. All rooms were nicely decorated, super clean and had many extra accessories - very tech savvy. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. And outdoor was so much fun - pool was a great size and outdoor seating was perfect (covered seating kept us dry during rain storms). Host was outstanding - best Airbnb experience my family has ever had. Would definitely rent again.

There is plenty to do in the area. The Villages app provides many options for each day. Yet you can still have fun just hanging around the pool, playing shuffle board, bean bag toss or lying in the sun.

Kudos to Kim ( and Dave ) for providing a great rental experience! Our group consisted of 4 guys on a golf getaway trip and everything we needed to enjoy the trip was in place. Kim was very quick to respond throughout the whole process and provided us with an abundance of information as needed. I highly recommend Kim and her property for those considering a trip to The Villages.
